Cracked, oil-stained concrete transformed into a showroom-grade flake floor system.
Damp, dusty basement slab sealed with a slip-resistant polyaspartic flake finish.
High-traffic workshop concrete ground, patched, and coated for chemical resistance.

Grinding, crack repair, patching, and moisture-aware prep come before any coating goes down.
You know the schedule, epoxy system, downtime, and care instructions before work starts.
We recommend epoxy or polyaspartic systems based on traffic, vehicle use, cleaning needs, and seasonal conditions.
Real projects, practical communication, and contracting discipline behind every finish.
"The garage floor looks like a finished room now. Solidbase handled prep, cracks, flakes, and cleanup without dragging the job out."
"They explained what needed grinding, what could be patched, and where epoxy made sense. The final floor has held up to daily use."
"Our bay was back in service quickly and the coating is easy to keep clean. Straight process and a durable result."
Epoxy-led surface systems for garages, shops, basements, rentals, and commercial spaces.
Most residential garage floors are completed in 1–2 days, with a 24–48 hour cure time before vehicle traffic is allowed. Larger commercial spaces may take 3–5 days depending on prep work and the chosen system.
Epoxy is a thick, durable resin system ideal for garages and basements. Polyaspartic is a newer technology that cures much faster (hours instead of days), offers superior UV stability, and resists yellowing. We often use epoxy as the base coat and polyaspartic as the clear topcoat for the best of both.
Yes. Every coating job starts with a full concrete assessment. We repair cracks with epoxy injection, patch spalled areas, and fill control joints before grinding and coating. Skipping this step is the main reason cheap epoxy jobs fail.
Clear the floor completely of vehicles, storage, and shelving. We handle all surface preparation, including grinding and cleaning. If you have oil stains, let us know during the estimate so we can plan the appropriate degreasing treatment.
We primarily serve the Ottawa-Gatineau region, including Orleans, Kanata, Nepean, Aylmer, Hull, and surrounding areas. Contact us if you are slightly outside this range — we often travel for larger commercial projects.
Pricing depends on square footage, existing concrete condition, and the system chosen (solid colour, flake, or metallic). As a rough guide, standard garage flake systems start around $8–12 per square foot including prep and installation. We provide detailed written estimates after an on-site or photo-based assessment.

Send a few photos and the rough square footage. We will map the best epoxy system and any prep or contracting repairs your space needs.
